The short version: GTO Drill is a study tool. The free version is free. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, USD 3.99 a month or USD 9.99 a year, that unlocks everything while it is active. You can cancel anytime, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. We try hard to make the ranges good, but they are a training aid, not advice, and no result at the tables is guaranteed.
The app
GTO Drill is a poker training app: preflop and flop drills, lessons, charts and practice hands against computer opponents. It uses play money only. There is no real-money gaming, no wagering and no way to win or lose money inside the app.
Free version and trial
In the web app, everything is unlocked for the first 7 days after you first open it, and no card is needed. The iOS and Android apps start with the free version; their free trial is a store offer on the Pro subscription instead (see below). Without Pro, the free version keeps the first unit of lessons, 20 graded drill hands per day, 10 hands per day against the AI and the 6-max cash opening charts. Daily limits reset at midnight, local time.
GTO Drill Pro
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: USD 3.99 a month or USD 9.99 a year (or the equivalent your store shows in your currency). The app shows the price and the period before you confirm.
- It unlocks every lesson, unlimited drills and AI hands, every chart and solver-range imports for as long as the subscription is active.
- Free trial in the iOS and Android apps: new subscribers get the first 7 days free where the store offers it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and the first period is charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, for the same period and price, until you cancel.
- App Store: payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings (Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions) at any time after purchase.
- Google Play: payment is charged to your Google Play account. Cancel anytime in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Web: payment goes through Stripe's checkout. Web subscriptions are sold by Link (Link, LLC, part of Stripe) as reseller and merchant of record, so Link's purchase terms also apply, the charge shows on your statement as
LINK.COM*, and receipts, invoices and any sales tax or VAT come from Link. You can also manage the subscription at link.com. Cancel, switch between monthly and yearly, or update your card with "Manage subscription" in Stats. Keep the link of the page you land on after paying: pasting it into "Restore purchase" unlocks Pro on another browser or device. - When you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for and the subscription does not renew. We do not give partial refunds for the unused part of a period, except where the law requires it.
- Refunds for App Store and Google Play subscriptions are made by Apple or Google under their rules. For a web subscription, email support within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge; you can also ask Link support, which may refund within 60 days. Refunds include any tax you paid.
- We announce price changes in advance. A new price applies only from a renewal after the announcement, never to a period you have already paid for, and you can cancel before it applies. Apple and Google also notify store subscribers under their own rules.
- If you are not signed in, Pro works on the platform where you subscribed: the App Store copy, the Google Play copy or the web app, and subscriptions are not transferred between platforms. If you sign in with an account, Pro follows the account to the web app and the store apps on every device where you sign in.
- "Restore purchases" brings a store subscription back on a new device signed in to the same store account.
Your progress
If you are not signed in, progress is stored on your device only. Clearing the app's data, uninstalling, or using a private browsing window removes it, and we cannot recover it. If you sign in with an account, a copy is also kept with the account, so you can pick it up on another device, until you delete the account.
No guarantees
The ranges and frequencies come from the app's own simplified solvers and from hand-built approximations. They are a guide for study and can differ from commercial solvers and from real games. The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.
Fair use
Please do not copy the app's content or data for redistribution, or tamper with the licence checks. You may use ranges you import from your own solver as you wish; they stay on your device, and in your account if you sign in.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above moves and the new terms apply from then on. Continued use means you accept them.
